The Dalek Time Strategist is a Time War era successor to the Dalek Time Controller, and resembles the New Series red Supreme Daleks but with a purple colour scheme. The grille also contains elements of the Remembrance of the Daleks era Time Controller - a plasma globe.

In the War Doctor series, sure. But it's voice degrades with each subsequent appearance until it basically just becomes a gravelly "extra evil" Dalek voice in the Eighth Doctor: Time War series. There, changed your mind 😎

@@s.g.woolf-hoyle4578 Nice to see someone bring this up. I'm not sure what is it about it, was Briggs just not happy with it and began trying out new approaches? I still absolutely love the character, but the voice used to be so much more intimidating.
