I just did a ten mile run on a new section of river two days ago… going down river is so much harder lol

Be careful being so close to that low water dam. It can pull your boat into the hydraulic and kill you. Notice as you got close to the dam your boat didn't go down stream but moved towards the dam. Notice the tire on the left side not moving its caught in the hydraulic the dam makes.

Nice Video....That Redeye is a Roanoke Bass, bigger relative of the Rock bass. I used to fish that spot all the time. Again, nice video, luv seeing jetboat stuff. got me a "mini jet boat".

I can't tell the difference. If I don't catch it in the Roanoke I just call it a rock bass. LOL. Are you in NC or VA by chance?

@@fishhardcharters I am in NC but I fish the Southern Va rivers a lot......fish the Dan the most followed by the Staunton but I have fished the Pigg and Nottaway as well. In n.c I fish a lot of rivers but the ones I fish the most are the Haw, Dan , deep, Eno, Roanoke and Tar...oh and Neuse. I am probably fishing the Staunton Saturday.

What motor do you have on the boat? Or just whats the setup of the entire boat? Looks like a good one been very interested in that exact setup.

Hey I’m running a 17 G3 with a 90 Yamaha thinking about getting a jet drive kit for it it runs 42 with a 19 “ prop wondering if I can get at least 28 mph out of it👍

@@Yoderboats LOL. It's not natural but you'll get use to it before you know it. You also must accept that if you're not willing to tear up something, stick to prop boats. :-)
