I am not Iranian but the expression used for your poem resonated to me your emotions... your dish is delicate with the complex flavours we in 🇨🇾Cyprus also use..could you tell me though,what liquid you put in with the saffron in bottle.....so wonderful.... reminded me of such special friends Parvin -Halil in the 70’s when my husband was specialising as an Orthopaedic Surgeon in Uk... We lived in the same house, allotted to the medical doctors, Halil was a consultant Radiologist, Parvin a teacher, both Bahai, who loved our young children,and who we all got to love .. Memories of past times... I would cook my Cypriot delicacies , they their delicate Persian dishes.. both brought together in friendship, with memories and nostalgia. NB.As for our Children... their love is always there,undercover,but deep and expressed in their own way.. Your words for me are so true... thank you for expressing them..
