Before I comment on your food: 1) where do you stand on ISIL; 2) Where to you stand on the Palestinian murder and mass hostages from a peaceful Israeli concert? Because I think a lot of that "negative image" has been hard won.

using lots of bread crumbs takes more oil to fry and mess the oil in frypan, why not using old way dusting with flour instead., we like have kabab kubideh recipe indoors not every one have out side to make kabab manghali ??!!

A very original cooking demonstration. I love the flowers and the arrangement of the kitchen, as well as the bit of philosophy by the end 😊 Now, as technical remarks, I would have preferred to use the right terminology, so that the recipe (and sub-recipes) can be compared with similars from cookbooks or KZfaq. For example, the dish is not a soufflé, but a gratin. For a soufflé, you should have beaten the egg whites (the effect of baking powder is not the same). Then, the sauce you make is called béchamel, not white sauce (the way you make it is risky, cooks normally put in the ingredients in a different order to avoid lumps). When cheese is put in a béchamel, it becomes mornay sauce.

Dearest Kshar. I accompany you in your profound loss. I very recently lost my Persian husband who was the love of my life. After 45 years his sudden death it’s a terrible road to navigate. My heart, my blessings and my prayers are with you dear Kshar. You’re a kind and generous soul who has shared his knowledge with everyone. You may never know the depth and extent of your gift to us. But know that you are beloved. Bless you my teacher.

Kshar as usual you hit it out of the ballpark! Love your recipes. We have a new friend who hasn’t had Persian food in almost eight years! Can you believe it? So I’m thinking of what dish I can make for him. My dad is an American White Boy whose daddy always planted okra in his garden and he loves it. But he’s never had it Persian style. I think he’s going to like it. I make Sunday dinner for my family and we’re inviting Parsa. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful recipes and expertise with us.

I fucking love Kshar’s channel. I come back enthusiastically every couple of months to check for a new video just in case the subscription didn’t alert me. I’ve been watching for years and years ❤ Kshar, I beg you to revisit the traditional Persian recipes with a vegetarian twist! Ghormeh sabzi with mushrooms or tofu kabob. Your creativity is what we need in that niche. None of the new KZfaqrs give me that khodemooni feeling of sitting and cooking with a friend like I get when I watch your videos ❤please come back

After you done assembling it, put the tray in the fridge and let the butter get hard, 20-30 minutes or so, then it's much easier to cut! And don't forget to place a damp towel over it while it's in the fridge! This looks so good 😋😋
