Balz Muller, ‪@radiculo‬ is one of the best wing foil riders on the planet. Today he brings us with him on a freestyle session in Gruissan, France. Wind was gusting over 45 knots that day so all the races were stopped at Defi Wind. Not windy enough to stop Balz from practicing his favorite freestyle moves wing foiling!

Just had to say Balz...thanks so much for the inspiration and your stoke is super infectious! I spent my earlier part of life living and breathing windsurfing, but have not been for 10 years +. However, I'm now coming into a time when I can indulge in hobbies again so will look into wing foiling for sure. All the best! Cheers

That was a super fun session to watch. Balz is always having such a blast, and his enthusiasm and positivity is awesome. Blowing minds with insane antics, constantly setting the bar and inspiring with every move. It’s exciting to see how this sport is developing, and we’re blessed to be joining along for the ride. ‘Backflips are standard manoeuvres nowadays’😅 Well, we can nail The Catapult every time, that’s for sure! I love this guys energy. Super talented rider! This is such an amazing sport! So many levels of riding, so many different styles, and its all good. It doesn't matter what your doing out there, from learning to cruising to insane back flips or whatever Balz was doing there haha. Great work Balz!!. All that matters is you getting out enjoying the time with friends, new friends, and the connection to nature this sport brings. It really is an amazing thing!

It's funny to watch people try to learn how to do the sport in relatively low wind conditions. It's absolutely miserable. This guy's attitude is wonderful and truly shows how the sport is evolving.

Balz, you are undoubtedly the man and you're right; you should (try to) stop using that word. I fact, everyone in watersports should (try to) refrain from using foul language on video for the fair promotion of the sport. If you want kids, the future of the sport, to come up with big cash for the gear you'd best please their parents, few of whom care to expose their little goldens to coarse language.
