What stood out for me was rhe fact that Veronica wasn't only preaching to her boss, she also had a great track record at work. For her to go to work early to pray for Akin meant she wasn't the one known as a latecomer at the office or the one that does shoddy work. She had been there for her boss and cared genuinely about him. Even though he didn't accept "her Jesus" there and then, she had been sowing seeds into his life that he couldn't deny. Omo, it hit me. Is my lifestyle a catalyst for my evangelism effort when i eventually preach to that my neighbor, colleague or boss?

The most difficult character in this episode seems to be Eniola. Wondering how she managed to be comfortable planning to be joined to a man like Gbenro. Gbenro needs to desire God more than he desires anything even Eniola yet Eniola is shying away from that knowledge. She feels good now that Gbenro is only physically pursuing her while Gbenro is being insensitive to the spiritual warfare going on. Can there be true comfort without spiritual comfort? The spiritual laxity displayed by Gbenro and Akin is what is common among some Christians especially the ones who are favoured with a comfortable life. These type of people accept every aspect of Christianity like Faith, The Word, Christian xter, Excellence, Leadership etc but when it comes to Spiritual warfare it’s a no go area. I have observed that these are the reasons: Pride Laziness to pray Perception that spiritual warfare are is for poor, local people or those with problems Perception that spiritual warfare instills fear and one always has to be positive minded If you don’t look for trouble or your hands are clean you can’t be attacked Once you are a Christian and you serve in church departments, old things have passed away and all things have become new therefore nothing evil can happen to them Jesus didn’t pray for long, he only issued commands and demons left hence long ernest prayers with shouting and all, is not necessary (Meanwhile Jesus tarried all night before he could do such miracles) Sermons from pastors cum motivational speakers who preach that prayer is not everything, after all, how come the richest men in the world and some Arabs are not Christians. It is well. Some people have not yet gotten the memo that we are in battlefield and the world is getting more evil
