Damon even as a child was treated mostly like trash by both his parents and he took all types of abusive behavior from them then he faced the traumas of war then Stefan betrayed him multiple times first by chasing Katherine while Damon made a move first then by allowing Damon to believe he deliberately and purposefully told there Father about Katherine being a Vampire resulting in her getting caught and captured then he gave Damon little say or choice but to complete the transition into a vampire then after that Stefan was killing and torturing almost every person in sight and leaving bodies everywhere risking them getting caught and killed while Damon only fed and killed at best one person when hungry only and he knew better not to act on revenge at that time

At the beginning of this video Damon said 'This is who I am'. I got goosebumps everywhere... the way he said that with the background music was so... Don't even know how to describe the feeling... Am I the only one?

You are not alone on this one. Every time I watch this scene, and there is someone there, you can hear a pin drop in the room. Powerful and heart-wrenching.
