I have a feeling that the era of Damon AND Jo is coming to a close. Like this is wonderful for them considering it is the second step in their careers, but with Damon now living in Paris and with Jo in LA/Brazil, I have a feeling that all of these solo vids recently is gonna be the beginning of the end of an era :(

I'm a 24 year old from Belgium working in Disneyland paris since a year, spending a bunch of my free time in paris. I have a good but pretty unfulfilling life and recently went through a very bad painful breakup. I've been a pretty anxious depressed mess, always afraid of making decisions in life. But I was sitting inside a Frog bar with a friend yesterday and saw you walking by looking snazzy as fUCK and I took it as a sign that I too need to start getting my groove back. So now I got a gym membership, trying to get my first tattoo appointment, and am looking into taking japanese lessons for when I'll travel across Japan with my twin sister in spring next year. Keep motivating people through your platform man! You're one of the few youtubers who actually mean something to me.

I love the idea of changing the narrative of our we perceive ourselves! like you said with changing the narrative of learning a skill you always thought you were bad at. We become victims of our narratives and incredibly habitual. This has inspired me to challenge my narratives of what i can and can't do, what im good and bad at, what i know and don't know. lol as a music teacher I love watching you learn piano! I always have to reteach kids as to which finger number is which because in piano your first finger is always your thumb! So proud of you and all adult learners for taking on piano when it can feel (for most of us) like we're starting to learn a new language from scratch!

Yes it’s a French thing!! My boyfriend does the same with H’s. He puts them in places where they aren’t needed and takes them away when they are needed. Not always, but it’s very adorable :)
