Autism comes with a lot of OCD like traits, and also a lot of ADHD like traits.......basically what im saying is if Dan and Arin fused they would make an autistic person thank you for coming to my ted talk

@@plaguedoctorraccoon ...That explains so much- I'm diagnosed with autism and have been told multiple times by professionals that I show signs for ADHD and OCD (yet not enough to get the diagnosises). So yes I say this is absolutely true, they'd fuse together into an autistic person.

I don't know about autism, but I know Dan has OCD and Arin of course has ADHD. As someone with both; I think I know one reason I've watched their misadventures since 2013 lmao

I believe ADHD (and maybe OCD too?) also count as neurodivergent. Because it still means that you aren’t neurotypical or “brain normal”

Tbf a lot of this is also common for NT people, ND people just experience it more frequently and severely. That said I’m sure many people here are ND even if they don’t know it yet

I’m definitely going to do more Power Hour stuff! The clips are a lot easier to find, since the episodes are much shorter. If I ever do a regular GG compilation, I might look through already existing compilations first clips. 😊

This is so good! Very curated too! I love the witty little captions, really adds to the hilarity. Case in point: -this would be my 14th reason -spinning so that a thought might stay in his brain through centripetal force Also 3:25 -me trying to bring up a conversation point from fourteen subjects ago~ is so relatable!!!! When a conversation moves along but my brain is still cooking on that past topic, I'm not gonna be able to let it go. I think this is why I prefer typing over talking. Being able to reread things I missed and be as detailed as possible in my response is so much easier.

I actually played the ukulele! So, when it was sitting on my shaking leg, I wouldn’t be able to play. 😆 Same happened when I briefly played the violin.

I’ve been watching KZfaq videos since the early 2000s. Over time I’ve realized almost all of the KZfaqrs I like most are neurodivergent. I’ve also realized over time there might be a reason for that… …I have adhd and autism.

You never "cure" OCD or similar types of disorders, you just learn to control them with time, therapy, and medication if necessary

Mayhaps. :) Although, I will tell you that it’s not the symptoms, but the frequency and severity that matters. A lot of people hate loud noises or have trouble focusing without being ND…but is it to the point you need to wear headphones or can you never get anything done?
