Pretty sure he's in prison again for breaking parole. Adam doesn't want someone similar to him in the sidekick position, which is why he had jewish women and Bryan there for fifteen years.

Drunk story : I wake up and I found myself sitting in the driver side of my car park next to a fast food restaurant I know I’m drunk I don’t know how I got there. I get out get in my driver side and I takeoff back home which is about 12 miles away on an hour The whole time it’s dark it’s late and I’m squinting to get there. I finally make it to the house I struggle to get in my house, but I made it to the room and I passed out next morning. I wake up come to find out that my stepdad drove us there in my car to get food and I left him stranded, he was needless to say himself. That happened couple years later I got popped for DWI been cleaning sober now almost 7 years.

I once chugged a bottle of '105 Proof Vodka' (when I first started drinking), I ate some habanero peppers 🌶, I chugged a bunch of milk 🥛, and I threw everything up 🤮...I later fell down the stairs to our basement apartment, and I ended the night by peeing in my roommate's laundry basket!...Good timez! 🥴

Pro comics know that every story needs a punchline, and the longer the story, there has to be funny along the way to the big payoff. Dawson's story had no laughs along the way, and no payoff. Someone find Chris and offer him more money.

Ahh! The Publix reference. I drove almost 4 hours last weekend to get a bunch of Pub Subs. I’m from Florida but currently live in Memphis where there are no Publix. So I drove all the way to Nashville to get my subs. That’s how good they are!

Such a small strange universe yesterday I was watching videos of people trying pub subs for the first time. I fell in love with them and Publix in general when I would go out to visit my grandparents for years. It’s my favorite store in the country. Great deli, great bakery great service. And I’m a dude you wouldn’t think I would care about a grocery store, but it does make a difference. I bring it up all the time here where I’m from when I use an example of what a good store is. Were shopping is a pleasure it actually is.

Aw c'mon Adam. Jeff Altman wasn't an A-grade comic and yes he certainly benefited by being Letterman's 1970's buddy. But he had enough spunk and cinematic character-voice ability to get by. When I was 15 I used to steal Altman's lines and vocalizations and unleash them on the 80's girls at my school who I knew didn't stay up/tape Letterman so they never heard Altman's act. They laughed their acid wash-wrapped butts off and would even quote the lines back as conversation starters in the school hallways. And I was one step closer to getting laid. _"Ho ho hee hi ho!"_ and _"I'm not a boy. I'm not a man. I'm a BOY man!",_ were their crowd favorites. Don't fix what ain't broke, as they say.

Yeah, the sprocket holes on video are total affectations. I think they originated with the Zapruder film (of the JFK assassination); some, but not all, old Regular-8 AND Super-8 film cameras would extend the exposure frame just a little bit into the area where the sprocket holes were...so, some wise guy created a version of Zapruder that contained ALL of the available visual information, even past the sprocket holes, and that became a phony symbol for "best quality" 8mm film. (FYI: even that first "enhanced Zapruder film" was partially a fake; the 'bleed-over' of captured image into the sprocket-hole region isn't nearly as far as that version portrays it!)

A really well done doc. Is the fall of Minneapolis. All docs. Have a bias or point of view and can be manipulated. Often, The viewer sees what they want to see. Like statistics, i take things with a grain of salt.

About the fake outline on the shot, it's an editor showing off. Not showing off so much as showing he's there. Anything to show you did something....you jazzed it up. my 2C

It's probably the same post house doing all these, which is why they are all so similar. When you decide on a successful template, you can just churn these out by the dozen using any editor. Very little thought is put into them, which makes them easy to make. As for the unnecessary effects, it's a holdover from MTV. All the flash was designed to get people to stop flipping the channels because it's "exciting." Now there's nothing new or exciting about it and no one flips through channels anymore because it's all streaming.

Hypervigilance is a result of trauma in one's life that causes extreme anxiety and paranoia. You notice everything around you because you live in a constant state of fear. In other words, Adam does not have hypervigilance no matter how many times he says it.
