Low view numbers because younger generation doesn’t recognize the song. Some of us baby boomers grew up with mom’s singing this!

He is amazing. He sings Elvis songs. His Best song I have heard that sent me down the rabbit hole is AMAZING GRACE. Newer release over three weeks ago. It has over a million views, best Amazing Grace ever.

I began listening to Dan Vasc on 9/15/20- his newer cover of The Sound of Silence, which he just knocks out of the park! His covers of Elvis' Love Me Tender and An American Trilogy are EPIC! I was totally hooked on him after only two or three videos! He's so talented! Listen to more of him! 😎

I love this song. Dan is capable of all kinds of songs s. His voice ranges from high to low with no problems. There isnt any song that Dan can't ding.

As others have mentioned, Dan is very versatile and can sing just about any style, but his personal favorite is power metal. I think one you would enjoy a lot is his cover of "I'll Make a Man Out of You" from Disney's Mulan. I think the cover on his channel that has the most views is "Toss a Coin to Your Witcher" which is another one Dan does heavy metal style.

Beautiful song... Dan Vasc has an amazingly versatile voice and has worked hard to get so very good... He can sing many types of music very well but according to him on his own channel, he prefers metal. But to hear a variety of what he can do, check out his other songs: Song of the white wolf, Rebellion in Dreamland, Gethsemane, 10 Epic Power Metal Songs in 6 Minutes.... Sooo many great covers by him to choose from. Check them out and enjoy!

After listening to your comments, you definitely need to listen to MORE Dan Vasc! He made me love Journey covers(always hated journey covers before because they were my favorite band!), and his range got me into bands I never liked and/or heard of before. Check out his covers of Shaman(especially Fairy Tale), Angra, Helloween, Bon Jovi, Handel's Hallelujah (all by himself!), Queen, the Eagles! Just listen to them all! The man can sing anything, and I never get this excited about any musician in only six weeks, like I have with Dan.😎

This just now hit my wall or I would have commented sooner. Nice review! There are days that I can't get enough of his accoustical songs like this beautiful one, I See Fire, More Than Words, Priscilla's Song, etc... all of them to notch beauties. But, like you, my main go-to's are his more energetic songs such, Breaking The Silence, Kings of Metal, Toss A Coin To Your Witcher, Burn Butcher Burn, Iron, Kiss From A Rose, plus 100 or more favorites.

Dan Vasc is unbelievably versatile and performs many different types of music. You should check out his Nessun Dorma (opera) and his Phantom of the Opera covers to see his range and the extent of his extraordinary talent.

The song is based in Celtic (Scot’s) legend. It is about two Scot’s soldiers one to die one to be set free. It’s about the spirit travelling back to Scotland. It has a deep meaning and not just a ‘hiking or touring’ song.

Dan Vasc is definitely a big fan of power / heavy metal and his own band (Fearless) does that kind of music. But he loves to try different types of songs/genres and is a true vocal chameleon. He can make his voice to match Iron Maiden, Toto, Journey, A-ha, Europe, Bon Jovi, Andrea Bocelli...and that's what makes him awesome!

Thank your for your reaction. You mentions he showed a touch of Elvis in his vocal. He did do 2 Elvis covers. One from a viewer (Love Me Tender) that her husband was terminally ill and he asked for permission for (An American Trilogy) to be played at his funeral. The other was An American Trilogy that he tribute to his father (also a Elvis fan) that he sang the song 5 days after he passed away from cancer. Needless to say it was very emotional for him and can see his eyes tearing up. Hope you will react to An American Trilogy. Thank You

Yes a bit like Elvis but I personally think Dan Has a lot more talents than Elvis .. a better looking too.. just my opinion.. great performances..to me a great unwind relaxing song Loch Lomond..you need to listen to more of Dan music spyglass for he performs music to suit everybody’s style..💯 brilliant vocals thank for sharing spyglass ❤️

Folk songs always touch my heart for some misterious reason, my soul always cries when I listen to Loch Lomond, specially Dan’s rendition, cant really explain my love for such songs
