The tips r great expect for the “dont mark on the side” tip. Obviously when marking on the side you want to be very small and not go full out at all but when you mark on the side it makes you seem like a hard worker who doesn’t slack off

My story isnt about college, but in my future, it could be. I have been wanting to do colorguard since third grade, I have done winter both 6th and 7th grade, and I made fall guard as an eighth grader (we dance with flags and stuff with the marching band, winter is inside in the gym without the band) and this year (still 8th grade) my try outs for winter are coming up, and only 2 8th graders in the entire past of this program have ever made Varsity winter, and this year I'm trying out for varsity, I have been practicing like crazy, even with fall still going on, and my audition is on Wedensday. I am very nervous, but it would literally make my entire life to make it and be able to spin with the seniors before they leave, and get to do a show with the more experienced high schoolers, and they have taught me so much just through fall and I think being on winter with them would really be an amazing experience and I was learn so much more. This video helped calm me down a little bit, thanks! I'll update when i find out!
