Fight flight or freeze. Anger can be channeled for growth and action. Does not mean you should be violent, but instead let it empower you to stand up for yourself, and take action rather than letting other's step all over you.

My only criticism is god damn do I wish the blend of the guitar and the melody at 4:30 lasted a little longer at the end, or maybe that overlay concept was played with a little more throughout the track. Really nice stuff though, I love the simple melodic loop that gets added at 1:29 - turned the song from "the beat and bass is amazing" to "this is top shelf" for me.
