You know you don’t have to be perfect to start dancing. Don’t be discourage and try. Don’t listen to what other people say. Do it because it makes your day😊also have a blessed day as well✨

This would probably be a lot of work but you should bring a friend(or student) in who doesn’t have their split yet and have them do this with you and have them check in with their progress every 2 weeks(idk how long it would take if they did this every day religiously) obviously taking in covid precautions or even doing it over video call

Hey, i tired getting 100 percent but then I developed pain in my right leg near the groin and its preventing me from during it further.. Your comment caught my attention, any thoughts...

@@cyrilmatthew2995 i popped a groin tendon while practicing my side split. Took 18 months to heal!! It’s better now...although it still acts up a bit. From my experience or journey, don’t have a deadline. Just practice everyday. It’s realistically going to take me 4 years (I have 2 1/2 years done and have 10 cm left to go). I stopped beating myself up about it. Life is always going to challenge you. Just reality. Just relax and enjoy the progress day by day. Just my 2 cents.

@@lissettehurtadoschoel7573 appreciate the time and effort you took to answer my reply as well as your journey... I was just doin splits when I started working out last year and just try to bring my middel part to ground, not really wanting to do it.. But one day in just did that and push myslef hard and couldn't believe it... I'll accept reality amd move on.... Thanks you so much mate and good luck

I got super close to my front split today so I decided maybe I can get my middle aswell and I tried it and I was not even close to I decided to stretch my middle and front everyday! Thanks for this awesome video. You have the same energy as my dance teacher!

Never ever try to push your body further than it can go! Just ease into your stretch while breathing deeply. You should feel a stretch, but it shouldn't hurt. Listen to your body!

How long and often should I do these stretches? I have done them nearly for 2 months daily and I still do not have my middle splits :( 💔💔
