My husband and I have never hired an attorney or lawyer for any of of visa process. We’ve done it all on our own. And now I am currently waiting on my green card and work authorization! 🙂 it was a stressful process but overall pretty simple. Just do your research and everything will work out just fine!!

Hi Stephanie, thank you so much for your videos, are really helpful. One question: if my I-94 expires in June and my approval petition for I-140 as a EB2 worker arrived in August, do I still have a valid status to apply for the I-485? Thank you!
