I don't get cigarette smugglers. 100 pouches of 50g baccy is about 2.3k in England as of 2019. A day trip to Malaga on Ryanair is about 60 quid return in off season. Fly to Malaga, go to a Tabac and buy 100 pouches at about 9 EUR a pouch. Do that once a year and you are sorted.
