The problem is that insecurity in the North is sabotaging the country's economy starting with agriculture. The solution is for every state to grow their own food, trade, and barter as needed. Each state should expand their river basins for agriculture and develop into exporters of agricultural produce beyond Nigeria and Africa. This would encourage each state to consume and earn income from their own agricultural produce, pushing state governments to invest more in agriculture-focused initiatives.

IMHO, There should be another team set up to tackle insecurity and also advice taken from nations that have had or who are having the same issues. We need to know how others are successfully dealing with insecurity. They can advise and share tried and tested strategies.

Their fast move will confirm this. It is an undeniable part of the DNA of the Billionaires' Club( the 1% - percenters).

Social welfare is overwhelming the developed countries. The only solution is to create massive jobs and foster the enabling environment for business to strive including stable but affordable electricity to the small businesses, incentives for investors in agriculture, health and education. The banks must reduce interest rate for small and medium enterprises this will stimulate the economy in the medium run. The short run economic stimulus has been in effect since Buhari's regime thus, no need to continue to tell Nigerians that the government is doing what is already known by Nigerians. One critical aspect of the economy that is not given priority is the process and implementation of these policies and stimulus which are channel to the pockets of few. This wickedness is a major factor driving down 👎 the economy. Government needs credible and good people when it comes to implementation and monitoring or else all efforts will be lost in vein and hope which is the only motivation for humanity will be eroded this will be the enabler for criminals, terrorist and saboteurs to strive.
