BOVEY CASTLE COURSE VLOG PART 4
We are at Bovey Castle Golf Club in Devon on Dartmoor as part of the Dartmoor Golf Breaks series and playing 18 holes, Dan Hendriksen PGA Professional, Lester Barnes 0 handicap and Lee Whittaker 12 handicap. '

As myself and Lester struggled to complete the 59 at Torquay we have brought Lee in to help us to achieve the ongoing goal.
Bovey Castle is one of Dan's favourite golfing venues anywhere in the world and highly recommends a visit if you are in the Devon area.

10 minutes and 28 seconds into episode 4 and finally....finally....Dan mentions Lee’s shirt! It took a newly motherless, baby dear to get it out there but the moment was nailed. The best compliment I can pay these videos Gentlemen is that I’d give anything to have been there with you. What an awesome day. Thanks for sharing it with us. So looking forward to seeing what you do with Lee’s drives on the homeward holes.

Thanks Dan, Lester, and Lee. 1 day of rain in 9 weeks, looks very dry. I lived in Manchester for 3 years back in the day, and there was only 9 days of sunshine in 52 weeks. Lee would be good in a pub after three beers with those jokes.

That course looks so tight. If I ever play there I'll definitely be off the forward tees. It scares the bejesus out of me just seeing you teeing up and looking down the narrow chute towards the fairway.

Like l said in part one, Lee needs to chill to play good golf. Well played Lester ( Bernie ) , it’s a good job you picked up your bottom lip in part one to shine, it goes to show, you have to be happy to play good golf. Always a great show 👍

Regarding the "doe and her fawn", I think she was trying to lead you guys away from her baby. Spent a bunch of time hunting with my grandfather (100% native American) when I was a kid (60 plus years ago) and that was one of the many lessons I was taught regrading the patterns of God's creatures. Definitely enjoying your vlog, keep up the excellent work !! :)

Oh yes, following on from the earlier comment about Alex Evans I'd like to see a foresomes match with You and Lester taking on Alex and Lee, I recon the banter would be intense and the golf might be tasty as well.

Oh, the missed eagle putt... Maybe it's just me, but I dislike chatter after I've addressed the ball, because it's distracting at a time I want my mind to be quiet.

Lee opens the club face cause of the way he takes the club back. Instead of keeping hands close to the body and shaft infront of him he does the opposite=opens the face and makes controlling face to path difficult.

Who needs drama or for that matter nature documentaries when you’ve got this, just when you think you know how it’s going to turn out, the plot twist “Dan’s driving is used up” and we are in for a cliff hanger- not a course for the fragile!
