Some people still can't move on from Cafu, but i would say Alves is the best right back ever, such a consistent player, never remember he had a bad season.

Raditya Aufar yup just to give you some stats comparing the two. Dani Alves 35 trophies, 60 goals, 206 assists. Cafu 23 trophies, 22 goals, 71 assists. Dani Alves is just better technically and statistically. Cafu never could change games the way alves did from the right back position. Cafu was solid and reliable in defense but Dani Alves gives a whole another dimension to a team. People are just brainwashed to think Cafu is better just because of his 2 "world cups". In the first World Cup he won, he played less than 2 games. He was only subbed on when the starter right back got injured. Cafu also only played 1 game in which he won his last champions league. He did nothing to contribute to. Dani Alves was a starter and contributed to every single trophy that he was won. That is why Dani Alves is the best right back of all time and possibly the best fullback of all time.

While I do agree he's a bit more gifted than Cafu (althought Cafu's athleticism kind of makes up for it but overall I would pick Alves, by very little though), the greatest right back ever isneasily Leandro, anyone who has watched him play will confirm this for you
