Di Maria just nudged the ball forward with an outside curler (sick pass actually) and Mbappe had an equivalent to an open goal. Lukaku's assist came in from an outside curler too, but it wasn't grounded, it was perfectly in front of Martinez, and the pass came in from the place nearer to the fans than the penalty spot. It curled perfectly and Lautaro didn't even have to move along the x-axis. Also, Di Maria gave the pass when the ball was diagonally in front of him, and that placement is one I've always found better to curl balls, but in Lukaku's case, the ball was right in front of him and he was surrounded in all directions, not that closely, but the Prague players could press and any time. He made his own space. Also, Lautaro's strike was brilliant too, so that's why it bagged a high position.
