Wouldnt make a good bond as the person playing the role is more likely to come through to the audience rather than the character. The same goes for other suggestions like Tom Hardy, Idris Elber

i'll never forget the opening scene of casino royale when he's in the bathroom and turns around and does the iconic gun barrel shot. it told the audience that craig was bringing a new bond to cinema and audiences. hands down my favourite bond to date!

My favourite Daniel Craig Bond moment is for the opening of the 2012 London Olympics when, as Bond, he serves/protects the Queen to bring her to the opening of the Games. She was a really good sport to do it too.

before his first bond film = "he's blonde, he's not tall enough, doesn't seem like a ladies man" after his last bond film = "the 🐐 of james bond" nothing but respect, this is the first bond movie that made me almost shed a tear, also the action sequences were top tier. If i weren't watching it my wife & my mother in law, i'd cry like a baby 😅

It always gets overshadowed by his Bond performances but "Knives Out" was, in my opinion, one of Daniel Craig's best roles and best movies. If you haven't seen it, do yourself a favor.

Daniel Craig is James Bond of my childhood. I watched Casino Royal at 9, and a few days ago (at 24) i watched his last Bond movie in the cinema. What a feeling. He's the best Bond. He made the character his own. He made the character so human, so vulnerable.

I was around your age when I saw my first Bond movie with Sean Connery (my mother didn’t know what kind of movie it was ) -- and I was in love…..years later I named my son after him “Sean”…through the years I saw all the Bond movies as soon as they came out . I remember when they first announced Craig being the new Bond and I hated it….When I saw the opening of Casino and when he came out of the water scene-- I was in love again with another Bond…. I hope you enjoy watching the future Bonds as I have ( in my seventies)-- can’t wait to see who will be next.

I loved it! Jimmy talked over him the whole time like a little kid :-) :-) :-). It was pure joy to watch his pure joy :-) Jimmy is my favorite because he seems like that’s probably how he acts at home too. That interaction style and delivery wouldn’t work with everybody or every host, I get that. But it’s very Jimmy and it’s heartwarming.

I thought the ending was probably one of the worst in bond history and may remain so. However, the film oozes class and is probably one of the best looking films I’ve ever seen. It’s just a shame that my hatred for the ending has made me hate this beautiful film

I LOVE James Bond's movies. Since like forever because of my father that has the whole collection and we watched the movies since I was a kid. Every single James Bond star has always had a special charm. I like all the movies... and this movie was not the exception. It was soooooo exciting from the beginning...it was so sweet and it made me cry...I love James Bond is a Super Iconic Character... all of them have been sooo handsome. Daniel Craig OMG looks so gorgeous and those suits made by Tom Ford OMG, the music... the story WOW. LOVED THIS last movie...👌🏻❤🔥

I also have fond memories of watching James Bond with my father. Mom was not happy, as I was like 7 or 8 back when we started watching one of the first Bond boxed collections on VHS. For some reason I think we started with Goldfinger, by then 20 years old or so, but widely considered one of the very best. To this day, whenever someone mentions James Bond, my mind first goes to Sean Connery, but you are right, they were all really good, each of them peculiarly different than the others. I haven't seen the last three yet, as I got a bit bored with Hollywood over-the-top craziness, and nowadays prefer more realistic material, mostly European or Asian. But I am going to catch up now, as my interest has been rekindled, and I saw many favorable comments about Craig's 007 Swan song, such as yours. Any idea who the next Bond might be? Given how long delayed the release of No Time To Die has been, one would expect that the next movie might soon go into pre-production.

@@irmacello oh don't worry, the essence comes straight from Casino Royale, Goldfinger and the other 10 original novels Ian Fleming wrote after retiring (or pretending to retire? lol) from MI-6, and his own work on the first three movies, which codified it cinematically for posterity, so there's no risk of losing it, worst case scenario is that they play around with some aspects a bit too much, as writers and directors are known to do sometimes in an effort to shake things up a bit, and maybe that distinct Bond vibe is a bit weak in a movie or two, but this would then disappoint millions and ensure that it will be back in the next 😉

I have seen no time to die twice already so so so good and incredible and excellent. Will see it again in theaters. Daniel Craig hands down best bond ever no one will ever beat what he dedicated in the 5 film series. The intence action fight scenes and how real it was and characters villains plot stories phenomenal.

It's simple, it's how a host simply pushes the conversation along. Other hosts do it too. Kimmel also, their shows are meant to be upbeat and moving quickly, not letting someone speak for a whole half hour on a subject, usually. Sometimes they will let someone speak for a bit, if it is a very important topic to them. Just look at the number of followers and you will see that people like the format.

I've watched Knives Out about 30 times. I don't get tired of it. The craftsmanship is impeccable. Chris Evans making fun of Daniel's accent was the greatest moment where you tape yes, they are mentioning the accent so you can enjoy it and rebel in it.Can't wait for the next one.

I got my eyes teared when I saw last scene in no time to die.. He said i know and missile explosion... What a complete end to this legendary bond. At first when I saw casino Royale I don't like Daniel craid because at that time in our childhood days we are mad for pierce Brosnan but with the time Daniel seems perfect in bond series because of his expression, voice and ageless actions he performed. Daniel, the Great.......Finding an actor to replace Daniel Craig is going to be very difficult. Daniel has been the best James Bond, not only efficient as a secret agent, but has shown himself as a human being who puts his feelings and emotions at stake, suffers pain and is affectionate. That makes him a great actor. And Daniel Craig is, for the moment, completely irreplaceable

I Agree Nory. Let's not forget that Daniel Craig was the only actor to be in tip top shape for the james bond roll. No disrespect to the previous James bond actors but, they were slim and would win fights against much bigger guys which it wasn't convincing.
