Take your got damn feelings out it. If you don't like Smith just say that, but he's not wrong. The left hook is bread and butter. But no one can stop it. This why it's hard for the fight community to get along. Too much emotional investment in the fights and too much low IQ discussions. Listen carefully and stop having selective hearing.

Anthony Smith is a really good guy, decent honest guy, I like him a lot. BUT no one can take anything he says about himself or 205 serious, as an active fighter he’s got to fool himself and be 100% delusional about his abilities and career to keep going, Poatan has the ultimate cheat code, holes in his game “on paper” mean nothing, just deal with that Anthony, and he would knock the veneers out of his mouth and end his career if he stepped into the octagon with him, DC is also well aware that smith has nothing for pereira, I do wonder if he calls him on it

I like Anthony as a commentator, despite not having the best takes, he does a good job "talking" as a media figure. But man, he needs to level/ground himself a bit lol. AP is dangerous with his "one" or few techniques, which is how he got to where he is today. Like Mighty Mouse says, "becoming a champ in MMA is easy" bc as long as you're great in one area and are better than your opponent in that area, use that to your advantage. Hence, pereira with his left hook and leg kicks, khabib with his wrestling, DC wrestling, Izzy striking and counter striking, max Holloway boxing, etc. Not all of the ppl I mentioned are one dimensional, but they know how to use their greatest attribute to become champ and defend their title
