In this 30 Min SWEAT Bodyweight HIIT Workout | Full Body HIIT | Cardio Endurance | No Repeat
We will have a total of 19 duo-sets, performing each exercise for 35 seconds with only a 10-second rest between the duo exercises and a 20-second rest after each duo. In the Cardio Workout, we will incorporate many jumping and combination movements to elevate and sustain the heart rate throughout the workout. Ensure you complete a proper warm-up and stretching routine beforehand, and always modify exercises if they become too challenging.
