I've previously done both full body dumbbell videos you scheduled this week--though there's nothing wrong with repeating them. You just have so many videos available I want to try them all lol. I have a "DanielPT to-do" folder where I have a bunch of saved videos to try. This was a great one to do today!! I loved the 50-second sets for a challenging change. I upped Alt. Pick up and Press from my regular 14kg to 15kg Good Morning/Overhead Press I tried with 16kg but I can't grip the rounded dumbbells right without adjusting my hands each separate exercise, so I went down to 15kg because those have triangular ends that are easier to grip. Weights : 16kg, 15kg, 10kg, 8kg, 5kg

A few observations here : No Pain, No Gain, here Pain takes on the full meaning... Someone has invented the pause key, he/she should deserve the Nobel Prize. I was wondering if the video wasn't on Fast Forward... I thought : 16 Kg, it's fine and not heavy at all. I was so wrong...

You can, but the weights are too light to stimulate the muscles enough, so it will be less intense.
