It is good thing that this guy chose chess, bcz with his lvl of aggression he could have butchering people instead of pawns ;-D PS Great video, I`m big fan of Danish Gambit, thank you for the opportunity to play it both sides

In a tournament I had recently my opponent played similar line to this, instead of e5 he played the main Nxc6, after Nf3 and d4 white is doing really good, I studied those positions, i will study this danish gambit for white as well let's see

Modern Neszhmetdinov, that is what you are! Do not care about your pawns! A friend of mine (IM) said that "pawns cover the pieces in the beginning, but later the pieces protect the pawns". It seems that could be more or less what you have in mind with those attacking games.

When I play white against that opening (happens often in bullet) I always play 4.Bb5 and when black plays 4...Nxc6 I always play 5.Nf3. To me it sounds like a more straightforward approach for a white player and also safer than the 5.Bb5 line you analyze here.

I really like the Danish Gambit ideas that is why I play the center game with 3 Qxd4. I cannot find a way to make a similar setup with Black (in the center game) because it is impossible to hide the queen behind the e pawn. Maybe this will help me to figure that out! Thanks for the video

Tried this opening in OTB tournament 10+5 in Riga, one game I butchered my opponent (ELO ~1200) the other game (ELO ~1800) got the Caro Exchange, lost the simply drawn rook and pawn position by a stupid blunder :D chess is tough. Shirov won the tournament with 9/9, saw him playing - it seemed he was always 2 pawns down, though he won every game

a lot of mistakes but it worked great as the opponent had too many threats and too little time to handle those. Of course, probably, the stronger the opponent the hardest to play this. Although playing Englund gives me the best results, practically the more unsound the opening the better result you get :D

Big Mio have you seen the Pickler Gambit against the King's Gambit? It reminds me of the Danish Gambit reversed and there is a crazy queen trap line if white declines the b7 pawn and instead plays Nf3
