No. He snapped because: • His Lois Lane revealed his secret identity and left him • He bounced around foster homes in his youth and they kept abandoning him when his powers were revealed. • The one foster dad who accepted him and helped him form his identity, ended up hating him because the Plutonian knew his wife was developing cancer, but didn’t tell him because he was raised not to use his powers for selfish reasons. • He could hear people screaming and asking for help at all times and he could only ever help a few of them at a time. That is why when he sinks Singapore he only lets Qubit save 10 people. He tells him “That’s what it feels like.” In reference, to an earlier convo where Qubit asked him what it’s like to have all that power. • The one time he took a 15 minute break, the alien ultrasonic virus happened that liquified kid’s skin. • The only reason the virus was released was because some asshole was on a PR crusade against him and he goaded the Plutonian into handing over alien tech “for the betterment of mankind” which ended up containing the virus. • Yes, they turned Samsara against him. The one person who still looked up at him and saw him as a hero. The entire point of Waid’s comic is that what makes Clark Kent special is not his powers, it’s the fact that he can have them without snapping or being corrupted by them.

So far most of the super copies need therapy. Family therapy for Utopian, dude is ok in the head but his work life balance was abysmal.

And a break. Problem was instead of standing up for himself against ungrateful people, he lets them step on him like a door mat. Even his supposed comrades depended too much on him to solve everything.

I gotta thank “Invincible” for kickstarting my collection of comics. Always was more of a manga/anime head, but due to how great the “Invincible” show was I had to jump on the comics & since then I finally started diving into the comics world, very selective though, but all’at to bring me to coming around to this comic, another one I’ll be adding to me collection of mangas & comics. Def. subbing to you all cause of this comic. Keep doing your thing. I’ll be following you from here on

I'm not surprised Mark Waid would think 2 black heros with electric powers was too many and a stereotype. I'm also not surprised people would count Jamie Foxx's electro, who was only black in the movie, and Storm, who controls the weather, which technically includes lightning, but she does not have electricity powers. "We made Electro black for diversity!" "Great. Now you need to fix the stereotype of black characters and electricity powers."

Lots of twist and turns. Very similar in daily life. You get verbally abuse every day unless you stay home and don’t do anything or enter act with anyone. Very good stuff. He’s no Boy Scout, that’s for sure. We are showed some of his upbringing and very that is some good insight. Thank you for anther good show.

I like when you interact with your audience like in the beginning of this video where you examine some of their comments.
