It’s funny, because you can be the most knowledgeable person about the game, but in a high-pressure battle, make mistakes. Dan yapping, and then making lots of mistakes and roasting himself in his own battles was hilarious.

If the submitter is reading: Shadow Gligar actually wins the two shields scenario with S. Dragonair. You can win switch by throwing aerial ace right as they come (of course, it would be easy for them to catch). I play that lead pretty often from both sides in the twos, and yeah, you really didn't need that catch. Plus Shadow Dragonair leads usually reaaaaally depend on alignment. So getting switch is big.

First real comment: i tried the legend team with double water, Altria/shadow Gator/whiscash. Worked pretty well

Same except I’ve been running a Skarmory lead. Got me to veteran a few days ago.

Patiently waiting for the next Rocket Go event to double move a shadow gator 😭 one move keeps it unusable

@@NoahVIP For what it’s worth my gator also still has frustration and I still made it to veteran. Just build up to an ice beam and bait when needed, you can still grab shields.

Just tried this team at just under 2300 and went 5-0. I think the team is OK, just depends on the rng.

Niantic should sell a box with a special TM that lets you remove frustration outside of Rocket events. One time buy.

Here we go again: wiggly lead with another Poké extreme weak to poison.. and he loses. Bad team but f*** works anyhow, that’s what annoys me the most.. another wiggly lead . Wiggly can be such a hard poke to get over, those Charme just chip so hard

I ran a team with Shadow Gligar and Shadow Feraligatr...it got me a 70% win rate early on, but at like 2.2k elo it just doesnt have the bulk to last

These Pokemon in a well balanced team really can do extremely well! A lot of teams i’m seeing in the 2500s would be weak to them, but try to give yourself a bulky last mon as a third shield
