By the judgment of the District Military Court in Gdańsk of August 3, 1946, she was sentenced to two death sentences. Bolesław Bierut did not exercise his right of pardon. While waiting for the execution of the sentence, from the penal and investigative prison at ul. Kurkowa in Gdańsk gave a secret message to her relatives: 'I am sad that I have to die. Tell my grandmother that I behaved as I should”. The sentence on the nearly eighteen-year-old "Inka" was carried out on August 28, 1946.
