I had just started watching this clip shortly after it was posted on Facebook. Then...our (whole local area) internet went down for about four hours. Previous to the clip being posted, the song had been running through my mind almost constantly for the past three days! I already loved the song before I first heard you sing it, Dan, back in May 2023, but now I can never seem to get it out of my head at all...don't want to. Thank you, and now that our internet service is back on, I am here listening to the whole song once again. 💯❤

At first I was going to be disappointed. I was sitting here listening to most of the song (because I have loved this song for YEARS) and I was like "where's the breakdown? I know Dan doesn't disappoint, and this song delivers!" Then suddenly there it was and it was so damn good I lit a cigarette. Hell of a crescendo, mate.

I commend you for doing a vocally-accurate version of this song, and you did it so well! I enjoy Nightwish's version, but the intent of of the song is to display the man's infidelity with his friends wife, and what he's willing to overcome to be back with the woman again. You voiced that perfectly.
