Pestilence replaces conquest I think, and I think the four horsemen were Egyptian concepts, so Ares would not be the name of War, however he is the Greek god of war, until 2000 years later, Kratos removed him from that throne

Upsettingly, I missed the fourth apocalyptic horseman. I always forget conquest and think one of them is pestilence. Maybe I'm getting confused with the plagues of Egypt. Or if you prefer, The Abominable Dr. Phibes.

Pestilence is often seen in other media. Strife as well. I suspect the reason may be that War and Conquest are so close to being the same concept that it's aesthetically unpleasing if you are trying to make media that want the imagery of the four horsemen.

@@epicchess2021 Conquest is actually the first one mentioned in Revelations (in the NASB version of the bible anyways). Fourth is Death and pestilence is mentioned in his passage (along with sword and famine). Honestly it's probably a really interesting topic to study because I suspect a lot of interpretations work depending on which version of the text you decide to look at.

true but when you're agains danya, you need to manage your time really well, if he had thought for a second more he would have found it but if he had spent an extra second on each move he would have lost on time anyway

@@DMSBrian24 that's speculative, specially since Hans is higher rated than Naro. He found several amazing tactics in this game. However, that exchange sac was way too obvious at that level - in fact most people around 1500 would be able to find it in bullet. At the end of the day, better GMs have missed easier tactics, so nothing against Hans. It's just that such a beautiful game deserved a better finish.

5:15 rook move is obvious. black wants to recapture d4 with c pan and not e pawn. The rook b8 protects the b4 and other rook goes to pressure the c2 which cannot move due to enpassant
