Lexi McKenzie hello! Some I’m an intern for tattooing! And honestly white ink is usually made to push other inks around. And white usually completely fades/dissolved into the sling. Though I have met one person whom her white ink is still 100% there and an looks fresh ☺️ I recommend doing it and enjoying it . Everyone’s skin is different but the experience is still worth it. Btw tattoos are addictive.

actually, the white ink doesnt stay white on darker skin, and tends to turn yellowish as it heals. it usually looks best over time on the very palest people.

Actually, there are issues on pale people as well. It tends to yellow on everybody (and is more noticeable on pale people) or it can even end up turning a pink color.

Erin it'll turn yellow on everyone. Unless you're a hermit who never sees sunlight. The sun will disturb the pigment and make it turn yellow.

Interesting! Thanks for letting us all know its crappy in general. I had been misinformed (years ago, when it was relatively new) that the discoloration was distortion caused by viewing the white through the skin (so the distortion was most prominent on people with more melanin production and darker skin). I didnt realize the breakdown was the ink reacting poorly to light.
