These are all the twenty scrools found thorughout death's adventure through the forge lands, kingdom of the dead, and so on and so on.
There are a total of 20 Soul Arbiter's maze scrolls.
These will come in handy you need them to get the last stone of power stonebite.

8:21 EDIT: I have no idea why yours says WSN and everywhere else on the internet says WNS. I found a list of all scrolls and this is not one of them. Was there a bug and they changed it?

Earth - The location on the map is the stand along curving area on the eastern side of the 1st floor. After fighting the Noss you'll run through some curving tunnels and blow up some cars. After fighting a Suffering in the tunnels you can find the scroll written on the western wall nearby. This is right before the Eye of Arafel. Level 10 Secret
