THE LAST ONE IS BETWEEN 7-8 AT THE 8 PORTAL OF ARBITER'S MAZE. Don't know why this guy didn't tell us, but we're all human.

It's at the end of level 7, in the room that teleports you to maze 8. This guy does a very bad job at showing people how to actually get to the stone.
