Moloch = Spawn One of the Counsil = Megatron Another of the Counsil = Tager Last of the Counsil = Every elder ever in some game or another.

@@scarletangel9462 Each of them are voice actors. Moloch is Kevin Davis, the voice of Spawn, Goliath, and others. One of the Counsil heads is MEgatron's voice actor from the Transformers Activision games. Another one of the heads belong's to Blazblue's Tager's voice actor. The last one is overheard in every video game I ever played that has that voice. Can't really say who's voice actor it is.

Writing is amazing as always. The game however, its type I mean, is horrible. I guess they didn't have enough budget.
