I mean, this is revolutionary. If I'm going to be staring at a character's back for most of the game then I should be rewarded for doing so. Having a cheeked up main character is the way to go.

This game took me around 6-7 hours and was quite difficult, for someone who isn't that into platformers. But I still had fun, it is a neat little game.

i just found out by pressing TAB you can drop your sword and when dropping your sword you can kick it in the air and make it fly towards your enemy dealing high damage

Now this is epic.

this looks like an unfinished amazing adult game. Where the only thing they have left to program into the game is the adult stuff. However, this is not to say i don't see what the designers were potentially going for. it could also be an amazing non adult game in which it can be a really good platforming game where you know what your capable of doing by simply seeing what your character is wearing. This is part of what made Mario so popular. This is just a side tangent, but i wish someone would come up with a game where while your a female protagonist, you have no ability to actually deal damage yourself, but through the environment you do. One of the most common ways to defeat certain enemies is to trick them into charging into a wall. One of the unique things i've seen is using a torch to fear the enemy into walking into something they know to avoid otherwise, but acquiring the torch is tricky. i will say playing a male protagonist normally implies your physically capable including being able to take down enemies but whenever it's a female protagonist everyone makes her "Fully capable" which in my opinion defeats the purpose or makes your game look like it's art is the only reason to buy it.

I think I’m playing this game wrong? ascendant light was my third power up, right after I found the underbelly and found the high jump

Watched 3 minutes of the video and I'm convinced to buy. Game looks super fun but I think the aesthetic would've looked better with celshading or a forced resolution ratio. Maybe a filter? Old games from the PS1 ERA amped up to modern resolution could look a lil bad (Tomb Raider) but overall perfect game
