Here's how I whipped up this concoction! The apples came out very soft so I suggest maybe cooking for only 20 to 25 minutes. I truly appreciate videos like this one. I was a mother to 4 sons, who were stairstepped in ages (1983, 85, 88, 89) and a firefighter husband who ate heartily. Now, the kids are grown and my hubby's retired. I DON'T KNOW HOW TO COOK FOR JUST TWO PEOPLE!! I have an English Mastiff named Beauregarde. He weighs 260 lbs because I DON'T KNOW HOW TO SHOW MY LOVE WITHOUT COOKING!! Anyway, thank you sooo much for this recipe!! It looks delicious!!

I love this! My kids won't eat things like this so I just don't make them. You can never have enough cinnamon! It's perfect that it kinda of shrank down because that leaves room for ice cream for sure!! Love it!

Mmmmmm yummy! Thanks for the recipe Darlene. I love anything with apples. Easy peasy recipe! I made easy recipe today. 2 bananas. I mango, 3 eggs and a half tsp. of cinnamon (or whatever you like) . Whip it up and then fry in skillet like a pancake. So frigging good. Here's to a decent weekend. Cheers Darlene :) (it's minus 42 tonight here!
