Yes, he has one of the best male voics--although there are quite a few with very good voices, his has a purer, higher toned quality. And he is also a professional quality dancer now. He had several dance only routines and vocal performances on yesterday's show. From a couple of performance I've seen on iwant ASAP by JM Dela Cerrna this year, he has improved quite a bit compared to a few years ago, unless it is because of the vocal processing he is using. Be that as it may, his singing sounds like it is in the same league as JM Yosures, Reiven Umali, Sam Mangubat, and other of the so-called New Gen, and maybe has more resonance than some. I don't know why he doesn't appear on the main program, only on iWant ASAP.

In fact, I love some of Gigi’s covers such as Hopelessly Devoted To You, Piano In The Dark etc. I never mentioned anything about her here especially with the comment above. I just mentioned Darren Espanto. I agree with the comment above yours (Miss), in that performance, Gigi is already “shouting”. If you really are a music lover or someone who is in depth to music, they will tell the same thing. Gigi is already messed up in this performance. It’s not bad to be honest. I never said all of her performances are like this. I have no criticism for Darren because he carried the song very well. By the way, I’m no super expert in music nor a vocal coach but I know if someone is singing or just screaming.
