People really underestimate his 1 prem title given the context that the dominating side is a state owned, oil funded, 115 charged juggernaut with the best manager in the world. I got respect for Klopp. He's done a cracking job at Liverpool. The prem will not be the same without him. -Arsenal fan

Imagine getting 97 and 92 points in a season to lose out to a better funded team with 115 charges for breaching FFP. During Klopps era he’s won 1 title, Chelsea have won 1 and City won the rest. City have been the best team even if they’re guilty, and it doesn’t take away what Pep and them players have done, but Klopp and Liverpool are the only ones to actually consistently challenge them despite Arsenal, Chelsea and Utd spending more

● ManU spent 3 times more than the reds in ☆Klopps☆ time. ManC was built on 114 FFP crimes. Without cash doping, Pep wud not have the best squad. When Fergie was boss, ManU was the richest club in the world. Klopp won titles & cups with a moderate budget. He literally won a cup with 10 kop kids aged 21 & under, during a huge injury crisis in 2024. No boss has done that before vs a hugely expensive Chelsea team. Clough & Sir Alf won on tiny small club budgets. Compare gold to gold, not Gold to iron. Both are metals but not worth the same. When comparing bosses or teams, use golf type handicaps please. Cuz In soccer budgets matter more than coaching, its a very unfair sport. But fans become fans as kids & don't understand it as kids. When they grow up they can't stop supporting their little clubs, who will never be UCL winners. So they make the Reds thier co-favourite club. But Why LFC & not ManC? Well... 1 To honour the Hillsborough 99 (or 97 or 96 depending on which way the tragic deaths were counted) 2 Anfield is most magical field in all sports ask Rio F of ManU etc 3 Only club to have 4 legendary bosses in Shankley - Paisley - Sir Kenny - Klopp. Only club were fans love bosses more than players. At the end of the day who stirs ur passions more? Who makes ur heart beat faster? Is it the above average looking woman wearing very expensive make up & clothes to hide her anorexia or beer belly? Or do prefer the natural beauty who looks gorgeous with no make up? Do u prefer Maryln Monroe & Mila Kunis in thier pomp (Liverpool FC type beauties) or Viola Davis & Zendaya (ManC type women)? All 4 are top actresses but who stirs ur passions. Do u prefer the wild heart pumping passion of Klopps teams or the cold methodical death by a 1000 cuts of Peps teams? Great show boys

You guys so worried about how Liverpool fans see their managers. He’s a legend to us cause he connected the fans back to a broken club. Pioneered to get the stadium increased, had a new training ground built. Brought through youngsters while playing a great style of football. Brought back the good times and won trophies on the way. The days out and nights out around Europe he gave us. Memories with our kids and friends. And look the state he’s left the club in. Decent squad amazing youth talent. We’re only on the up. He’s the modern day shankly to us. He’s laid the foundations for the next manager

Interesting fact .......... Klopp was able to win the Champions League while as a PL manager (and also reached the final twice). Mourinho and Wenger couldn't win the Champions League when they were PL managers or managing PL clubs. Dalglish couldn't too but his great Liverpool sides of 80s wasn't able to play in Europe because of the ban.

There’s no point in trying to validate why klopp is so good for Liverpool with all the other fans of other clubs . They don’t understand what he has done or the significance of his work. He did what shankley did because of the status of the club at the time he took over. He could have won more, but he also had to compete with a team with unlimited funds and who are under suspicion of 115 counts of financial cheating. He was 1 point away from winning the league on 2 occasions and he was just 4 results from greatness with the 2 European cup finals and the 2 league titles which went down to the last game of the season and were decided with minutes to spare. If you don’t know how he has brought everyone together and revitalised the club then you will never get it

It don’t matter what this bitter Manc thinks. The point you are missing is this. He gave us our pride back we play great footy which we love. He rebuilt a team that was rubbish also city beat us to the title by 1 and 2 points gained 90 plus points 3 times which Fergie never did. We came up against a great city team that are let’s face it the best. Utd haven’t got near them in that time or anyone else for that matter. So it’s not about legend it’s about he’s a great man who gave a team his will to win. And we love him. Let’s see what the mighty Utd can do when he’s gone eh

Liverpool fans don't care what others think whether Klopp is a legend or not. He might have won 1 league title but he reached Champions League final 3 times and won one UCL trophy. I'd rather take UCL over EPL trophy. What other English clubs have reached UCL final in the past 9 years?

Klopp has the highest winning percentage of any Liverpool manager. Hes won 8 trophies in 9 years. Premier League, Champions League, Super Cup, Club World Cup, FA Cup, Community Shield, and two Carabao Cups. Who has won more than Klopp in that time..from 2015. Epl winners..chelsea twice. Leicester once. Liverpool once. Man city 5 times. I doubt hes spent as much as city or chelsea.

The fact there’s even talk about Klopp’s legendary status is one of the stupidest things I’ve ever heard. The guy’s personality, style of football and sheer strength of those peak Liverpool teams were something to behold. The guy is a PL icon. From an Arsenal fan.

The currency of the PL is points won. You then count them up at the end of the season to see where you finish. Klopp hoovered up points in the PL like no manager except Pep. You need to consider the competition Klopp has been up against. City have been off the charts but those 115 charges suggest theyve had an advantage Klopp's Liverppol never had. Yet Klopp still won a PL ahead of city and finished just 1 point behind city twice! 1 point! And with points hauls higher than most other PL titles have been won by. Klopp also reached the CL final 3 times showing that he could balance the PL and CL. He came close to quadruple only losing in the CL final and losing out to city on the final day of the season. Goldstein makes himself look a bitter dolt when discussing Klopp. Fergies utd never had a rival with city's resources. Mourinho 1st time at chelsea was the city equivalent so again didnt have a rival like city. Klopp has made the PL competitive against rudiculous odds given citys resources. Everyone should be grateful to him for that.

Klopp is Okay that's the line.. he's an ok manager. His relationship with the fans is what he's built on. In terms of trophies hes been poor. He's finished outside the top 4, 3 times and finished 4th I believe twice. Their new managers needs 3 majors in 5 years and they've bettered Klopp.. that's the facts about it.. Klopp isn't close to sir Alex or Jose. Fist bumps are cringe and he's a little bit funny but as world beater managers serial winners, no. That's not him Lastly, you don't last 5 years at united or Chelsea without winning things. LVG won and was sacked after.. klopp had 5 YEARS before winning anything.. you don't get that at many other clubs.

I really do not get it. Ok, people say he is a good Man and who am I to argue with that, but is he a successful Man for Liverpool FC? 9 years, £1.35b spent on Players..... @@user-zh2nh6fi1v Strange comment....I could swear that Leverkusen have won the Bundesliga this Season and will probably go on to win the DFB-Pokal. But I could be wrong. We actually have not won the DFB-Pokal for 5 Seasons, so pass how that is "hovering over every trophy". As for the rest of your comment, "This is not Bundesliga where only 1 Team hovers up all the trophies." Right...so we shall just ignore Man City shall we. I have no doubt they will win the FA Cup and the PL yet again this Season and that I believe, will be their 6th in a row, but its ok, after all, "this is not the Bundesliga"...?...the difference being what exactly :0) The only reason Klopp has won more than others is because he has been in charge for 9 Seasons. As a whole, Chelsea have actually won more major trophies than Liverpool in the same time frame. Man Utd, despite all their failures over resent years, are only 2 behind Liverpool. I still say, given Klopp's spending, that is a poor showing in 9 Seasons. I think the only reason it stands out is because for 30 years Liverpool were so starved of trophies in that time, it felt more a relief to finally win the PL more than anything, so made Klopp into the best Manager ever, when we all know he is anything but. Someone on here summed it up, when they wrote: "Klopp has been good for Liverpool, but as far as the PL goes, he has achieved very little". This Season Liverpool have gone backward and we would have been heading for the same scenario we were in when he was in charge of Dortmund, where if not for the fact he was leaving for Liverpool, would have been sacked. If not for leaving Liverpool, I am sure another Season like this one and he would have been heading the same way. He has certainly got out at the right time and he knows it. Like Ferguson, who also saw the writing on the wall and left the Titanic, before the ship sunk.
