That is the point of spiritual-meditative music. Repetition of one voice or sound puts you in a hypnotic state where you experience how powerful words and music really are. The way you described the meaninglessness of this music can be replicated on all music (intro, verses, chorus, end). This is boring to me too, but at the right time in the right place (especially if you are on some psychedelic drugs) this is very good.

I listen to this kind of music during my nightly bike rides as ambient background music. So all dark AMbient mixes with rain automatically drop out because it doesn't fit the ambience. So yes, I can only agree.

I listen to both the sith and jedi soundtracks. This is dope. Im a combat veteran and I been to prison. Hrew up in group homes, have major PTSD and anxiety after everything. I need music to meditate. I've found balance with this music to help in life.

With the strobing sound i was able to sit criss cross in the dark and practice breathing from the top of my head to the bottom of my feet and concentrate on that same energy through my whole body

i have been in a spiritual journey for quite some time now. tons of childhood-teenage trauma that at times seems so colossal it'll be impossible to deal with. I have recently and very fleetingly started experiencing love, joy, and peace for the first time in my life. and yet, I am attracted to these darker soundscapes. as I am attracted to dark, unhinged or twisted music like nine inch nails, etc. there is something purifying in admitting you are still angry inside. and this really allows me to explore it. almost like i have to heal my enraged teenage self before i can reach my inner child. thank you for your work.

If I may suggest an idea. I have the same issues (roughly) to deal with. I would suggest 1 hour at the gym a day and no self pleasuring for a month. You can start learning how to lucid dream but be careful what you attempt to dream of. Seek peace before anything else.

@@aaronw.2050 thank you. yes i have found all of these things to be useful. hardest part was quitting coping mechanisms, addictions. and all the pain medication i was on for the psychosomatic issues. on top of staying consistent. but it gets better. forgiveness is the most difficult. love

Почитайте книгу Анастасии Новых "Эзоосмос" вторую часть "Скрытая реальность" и поймете для чего подобные якобы "медитации" направлены . Любая темнота несет только темноту и рабство . Всем мира и любви :)

Человек сам ВЫБИРАЕТ при жизни кому служить и каждый это делает, даже тот кто об этом не знает . Любое зло сделаное , это уже служение материи или как говорят в религиях Сатане . И если помните , даже Исус прийдя в этот мир больных людей ( больных и порабощенных Сатаной ) дал людям ВЫБОР , он учил что такое зло, кто такой Сатана , и что такое добро любовь и как легко прийти к Богу если ты в настоящей любви к Богу и к людям , ибо Человек в Любви уже с Богом потому что Бог это Любовь . Исус учил людей простым пониманиям какой Выбор люди должны делать чтобы прийти к Богу . Но самое грусное , что выбрали те люди ??? Кого они послушали , Сына Божьего или слуг Сатаны ??? Они выбрали казнить Сына Божьего послушав на то время скрытых сатанистов ( слуг Сатаны) . И до сегодняшнего для все недомуки которые выбрали казнь Исусу , сейчас в дичайшем АДУ, где Сатана их каждое мгновение долбит за тот идиотский сделаный ими выбор . Так что , ВЫБОР это главное что делает человек при жизни тела , ГЛАВНОЕ сделать правильный ВЫБОР . У одних было правильным распять Исуса , и за это, после смерти их тел , все они получили свою награду в Аду от Сатаны , у других выбрать любовь к Исусу Богу и один из них поняв кем был Исус вися возле него на кресте, попросил у него спасения, и как только его тело задохнулось его сам Исус проводил домой к Богу и с тем человеком ( с личностью , не телом ) до сегодня ВСЕ ХОРОШО и он дома в любви и радости . Исус на то время пришел и дал людям право выбора, которого у них не было , потому что слуги Сатаны ( книжники и фарисей ) почти полностью их контролировали на страхе . И сейчас так же в миру есть посланник Бога и вновь дана нам всем истина и полное обновление знаний, которые создатели религий еще 2000 лет назад сокрыли от людей поубивав по бырику истинных последователей и учеников Исуса , чтобы нами дальше управлять как баранами . И сейчас вновь у всех ЕСТЬ ВЫБОР КОМУ СЛУЖИТЬ . И ДАЖЕ убийца может изменить свою судьбу и попасть в Рай к Богу , если полностью станет на сторону Истинного Бога и сделает максимально за свою жизнь чтобы в этом мире было уважения и настоящей любви к людям и Богу . Вот потому , ВСЕМ МИРА И ИСТИННОЙ ЛЮБВИ :)
