A video about the dark reality and nature of evil through the lenses of Star Wars. Despite being told through Star Wars with the rise Darth Sidious and the grand plan of the sith to eliminate the jedi and take over the galaxy it is very much reflected through our reality especially since evil peaked it's head in 2020 and revealed to the world what is really in store for humanity. I had a lot of fun editing this even though it took a lot of work to get it right! "The Light shines in the darkness & the darkness has not overcome it." This video was very hard to make due to how much of this we see in reality more and more and it's sadly working. We both wanted to make a good video to both pay tribute to amazing storytelling of George Lucas as well as in a sense oppose this in real life even though through the metaphor of Star Wars. Hopefully most of you can clearly see what we are talking about here. The evil of this world is on a sinking ship no matter how dark it seems and no matter how powerful it's getting. I don't know if I would blame KZfaq for demonetizing it as opposed to blaming the House of Mouse( if you look at the gaming bids that I have posted every single one that bears a title from that company has gotten a copyright strike over music despite the fact that they are gaming vids of me playing said games quite a few of them on Livestream).

Everybody thinks order 66 was the worst part. It was the most traumatic. But imo "the dark times" were the worst. Constantly getting PTSD, living under the might of the imperial flag, pretending to be someone you're not, afraid of losing yourself, paranoid of others and thinking that if anyone knew they would rat you out. I think Star Wars havnt really covered enough about that stuff to well.

The mouse "couldn't" find writers capable of handling such heavy topics. They couldn't even write a proper story for FN-2187, and he was the best idea they had.

Bad Batch covers some of it. I found the collective trauma from the clones after order 66/becoming imperials, as well as the clones being pretty quickly transitioned from 'the heroic army which serves the republic' to basically 'outdated equipment' very tragic. Seeing the senate, as it hasn't been removed yet, but the few senators aware of what is going on (or willing to look at their own risk) are very much outmatched and Palpatine kinda just plays with them in order to uphold the illusion that the senate is still part of the government until he has full control. I think the period immediately after order 66, where Palpatine slowly and carefully is eradicating any remaining threats and slowly transitioning the Republic to his Empire maybe more fascinating than the long period he rules because there's this sense of realness to it, because he isn't just ruling via sith magic lightning powers, he also is very carefully arranging the foundations for the future, isolating his enemies, removing threats before they can become threats, all while maintaining an illusion of democracy and peace the entire time. It's pretty spooky.

@@BurnDoubt a lot of the characters had a ton of potential, but Finn, man.... so much trauma there, we could have seen him grapple with fighting his former comrades (some of which were probably like family) or see him want to free other troopers, or use his experience to help others escape the FO or fight it. But instead, he kinda just isn't a stormtrooper anymore and basically stops mentioning it, doesn't have problems fighting STs, isn't confronted about being FO in the rebellion, and the rest of the troopers remain nameless and faceless for the rest of it.. yeah, gotta agree. Missed a big opportunity there .

This is such a great mashup!!! Hits you with so many emotions!! By far the most tragic moment in star wars especially with the development of the clones in the CW show. You know it's coming but it still is so sad to watch.

I wanna say Keira in the kotor 2 game predicted emperor papatine and his plan to wipe out the Jedi . This shows us how in denial the Jedi really were about the sith being extinct . Even count dooku and maul told the Jedi numerous times about emperor Palpatine . But they didn’t listen , this shows us that the Jedi aren’t perfect and can make mistakes too . My favorite Star Wars game is kotor 1 , kotor 2 is my second favorite . Let me know your favorite Star Wars games .

Jedi are stupid. For thousands of years of ruling the galaxy they became arrogant and ignorant to any threat. That's what doomed them at the end. Personally, in my opinion, Jedi are not better than Sith in any way. The fact that they use the light side instead of the dark, and don't use anger when they fight doesn't make them better. The fact that 10000 jedi lost to one sith proves it . As for the favorite game, Kotor 1 is the best for me probably, from the gameplay point of view. But Kreia in the second game is clearly my favorite character out of all star wars games, probably. Also swtor is quite good, many interesting storylines there

Bro, without the Empire, there would be no order. Without order, there would be chaos. Chaos is what happened when the Empire came. Chaos is what the Rebels used to destroy the Empire, not because it was bad (it was pretty bad), but because the Rebels kept fighting the Empire, so the Empire became paranoid. No one can deny that the Rebel-made New Republic was just as bad as its predecessor, the Republic.
