I know, right!? I have ran into the back of two different small vehicles with my 3/4 ton truck and when the cops arrive to take statements I always let the brake checker talk first as they ALWAYS lie. When my turn comes I show the cops my dashcam video and then watch them get hauled off in cuffs for lying to the police and reckless endangerment. Those were some pretty nice paydays from their insurance companies too!

You have to have know who was driving the vehicle. I've seen many instances where getting just the tag isn't enough. People can report their car stolen and say they weren't driving it. Alot of stupid factors can happen. So at least seeing who's driving is a must.

And if I'm feeling realllly into my non-existent traffic authority, I'll kick your mirror off before speeding away. Every time I see a clip now with a biker in it, I literally wait with baited breath to see if they're gonna damage the vehicle, bc I've seen it done sooooo many times. Bikes are much smaller than regular vehicles and its common knowledge that people often times dont see them at all. Like, there are even stickers and signs and such that advise drivers to be extra careful and to make sure they look diligently to see them. And yet we've all seen many videos of vehicles not seeing a bike in a blind spot and it being a TRUE accident and mistake, and the biker will scream and cuss at them, then finally smash off the side mirror and drive off in a rage. It's so infuriating. I'm sure not all bikers are like this, my fiance has driven and owned Harley's his entire life and luckily hes managed to not be a douche biker, but there are just so many videos of them! And the kicker is that most of these clips are posted BY the biker! Like "look at me being a dramatic asshat bc this lady ALMOST (keyword being ALMOST) changed lanes and hit me so I knocked off her mirror! Go me!"

@@maj_. You're right but i wasnt noticing if there was a left turn light. In buffalo, it's pretty common for only a single car to be able to make a left because there is no light for turning and cars run yellows until theyre red so a single car can typically squeeze through their turn. Its "wrong" but especially since some of these roads are old and a single lane in each direction, missing the turn means everyone has to wait for you to try again. If you didnt turn on red, you'd be sitting at that intersection blocking traffic for hours. That being said I know very little about the intersection in the video and it didnt seem busy enough to prevent them from making their turn on the next green.

8:09 You can see that the dude in the sedan didn't purposefully drive around the line. He was coming off of a side street that had a merge lane. Person in the SUV was obviously not in a big hurry because they had no problem leaving tons of room UNTIL they saw him coming. They assumed he was cutting the line when all he was doing was trying to get in the line. You know damn well that most of the people would not have let him in. People suck nowadays and have some serious issues with being kind to other drivers. It’s a zipper merge scenario. You’re supposed to fill the lane that’s ending with vehicles right up to the pinch point and then alternate one vehicle from each lane. The idiot in the truck clearly doesn’t realize that a zipper merge is the most effective way to move traffic when 2 lanes become 1.
