Gig-app work pay is getting squeezed from both ends. As the economy is getting worse, inflation, recession, etc. more and more people are signing up to do gig-app to try to make ends meet. Already driver oversaturated markets are just getting more oversaturated. Which is a green light to the gig-app companies to be more and more abusive. Meanwhile, that same inflation, recession, etc is pushing more and more people to realize that paying $39 to have some mcnuggets delivered isn't exactly a wise financial decision.

I’m still able to make decent money with deliveries and grocery shopping only, last few weeks I’ve been hitting $1,500 in about 52-55 hours. However, the gig economy is the worst it’s ever been right now and will only get worse.

On Uber Walmart tips come in immediately but they still have 24 hrs to adjust it so if an adjustment were to happen within that 24 hr time frame it’d reflect 24 hrs later so they just take away or add whatever the customer did
