The Ultra Instinct state is special even for such extraordinary guys as Saiyans. Goku managed to reach it in a very dangerous situation - he needed his thoughts being turned off to not let them interfere with the action. He got an amazing reaction, and you can feel it in the defensive techniques of UI Goku in DBFZ. Thanks to Noka and his guide, we all can understand this character better and achieve many victories with Ultra Instinct Goku in our teams.

That's not exactly the word for delay, it's more for "being late" I'm not sure if French even has a word for delay For example: "You are being late!" In French: "Tu est en retard!"

For an easy dragon rush combo, I'd go DR, 5LL, 2H, Vanish, Silver Dragon Flash. It does 4328(4843 with sparking)

Not really....like expect to work significantly harder than someone running Vegito, either Gogeta, labcoat, blue Goku for not much greater in the way of results.

he's definitely viable, and he can easily beat fusions and lab coat. you just have to know how to use him correctly (as demonstrated in this video)
