Hi All,
Dates and walnut cake is all time favorite 🤩 cake and is super moist and super soft. I have not used sugar or Jaggery in this walnut and date cake. Date walnut cake can be stored for upto one week. You can have date walnut cake with tea or coffee or have it as snack. Dates and Walnut cake is easy to make and is delicious. So try dates and walnut cake and tell me if you like the recipe.

Yes ratio will be same. Mix 2 tablespoons of Flax seeds powder in 1 cup of water and then use in the cake to make a spongy cake.

My son added a bit of chocolate sauce to make it extra sweet :-) :-) . Yes, you can back the cake in air fryer. Few points to remember while using air fryer:- 1. Reduce the suggested temperature by 14°C. 2. Reduce the baking time by 20%. 3. Check for doneness periodically. You must try this recipe.
