I think they finally made a lot of these clips available in other regions. I've never seen the Donna and Nif McDonald's skit on KZfaq, but it's on their website. Yesterday it was on my recommended list.

Keith Morrison was a very important journalist in Canada for a long time. He was a reporter who regularly filled in as the anchor on the national news. Btw, He is also the stepfather of Matthew Perry from Friends.

I think this was the best one of the Dateline parodies. This is the basis of the sketch, and the next videos take the idea a little further, but the reactions in this video from Bill were the best.

Besides this one and the Chopped Up Guy, I wish that Bill did more Dateline sketches as Keith Morrison on SNL. If you search “bill hader most obscure impressions jimmy kimmel” you’ll hear him do the entire Dateline correspondent lineup. Cracks me up every time. 🤣

The thing thats the most funny thing, about this is the actor actually is a really big big fan of dateline. I think he is secretly channeling every humans weird curiosity about murder and real crime as an audience and how that could seem like a perversion to an outsider or he could just be being imitating that calm slightly creepy voice in dateline i like to overthink 😂
