Mine was a verrry long distant courtship for 5months and my husband proposed 3 weeks after physically meeting me, he knew and I knew and God settled it. Prolonged dating just promotes sexual immorality, people just keep sleeping around, dumping and being dumped in the name of dating, then it becomes a vicious cycle. We thank GOD for Ministers like you that HE has equipped to guide and help preserve the morals of this generation.

I thought I was crazy when I would say “what was the point of dating “ because whenever people used the term it was often a license to sin or a means to let’s see how this goes. It never made sense to me.

God hasn't shown me my husband. But one thing I've been convicted of is not dating. I don't need to date to find out if this is who God has for me. It's not a popular belief though. Im Greatly encouraged because at some point I asked Gid where my husband was and who He was and to my unexpectation He showed me the guy and told me it was not time yet and hence am waiting. So hearing your testimony i realise I am not crazy and i did not mishear God because turns out it happened to someone else so the possibility i heard right has just increased. Aside the peace am experiencing on this journey giving my mind some evidence is helping me on the journey. Thank you.

Del I really admire your natural beauty. Your hair is beautiful, your complexion and makeup is natural and pretty. Your whole love story is inspirational. I am a divorcee. When I got married almost 28 years ago, I intended it to be forever, but when I entered into marriage I cannot remember ever praying about the matter despite my being a christian and believing that I was following God’s will at the time. I was abandoned and divorced until now I still do not understand why. But sometimes God takes things away from us that he knows is not right for us and I believe where God has taken me and where he is still leading me, my former spouse, could not or refused to go with me. I am now happily single. My marriage produced four offspring who are now grown up. My marriage break up could have killed , or totally destroyed my sanity but I praise God for helping me to come out of this journey a better person and closer in my relationship to God.
