Cody was very nice to reply to my concerns for him when the Discovery Channel released him. He was humble, kind, and gracious even to reply to me. He was greatly missed by fans for the rest of the series. It was too bad for us when they released Dave early on. I think Dave regretted his military service embellishments and has successfully moved on from that. Loved this series, including the introduction of Mat Graham. Joe Teti was too hot-headed, in my opinion.

I love this Channel. It's important to note that the animals in the Pantanal... the Cayman, Anaconda, and Piranha... are not very aggressive. They have enough food to eat on their own. I have been in the Jungles of Brazil and Peru. It's more dangerous in the Peruvian jungles... by far. Oh, and the Quato people didn't weigh more than 150 lbs. Cody is too big for the canoe.

This is one of my favorite episodes Cool as f*** I think Cody tries to build a Canoe I don't think he succeeded but you gotta Give him an a for Effort OK Time to send the next 45 minutesLearning to survive

It's a shame about what happened with this series. The early episodes were great and Dave and Cody really did have chemistry. It's doubtful that the series will ever return with these two but I hope that they both speak to each other again.

Discovery really screwed up in letting these guys go and not continuing more shows with Cody and Dave. They were the best and all the other shows Discovery did without the two together don't even come close to it's original greatness with Cody and Dave.

Love dual survival. Wish they still made this series. Enjoyed all the way through Joe and Matt. After that it was so so but never the same. Only one you hear anything about for the most part is Dave with his KZfaq channel.
