Wasn't Rex retconned into ROTJ? So Rex knew Vader and Luke were both Skywalker's and just didn't say anything? I can live with that but is that what we're suggesting?

I hope Palpatine makes up a story to send Vader to Tantiss without him knowing too much on what's going on there and instead just take care of the Clones who try to free Force sensitive kids and steal valuable information. Then when Vader gets there, he begins to engage and a reunited Delta Squad holds him off by blocking his way and all that fancy stuff. Then he could suddenly come around a corner and see Rex and the two would get into a verbal confrontation. It's still a very young Vader, so it would make sense to him to try to understand what Rex is doing there and how he's still alive as he thought Rex died. Vader could try to convince him to give it up and come to his senses and during a little back and forth about surrender and trust, Rex would learn that it's Anakin and he would be in shock and confusion while Vader tries to calm him down and to trust him and not be a traitor. They could get into a heated conversation with interrupting each other and and Rex being sad, disappointed and angry but also still confused as he can't believe what his former best buddy and General has done. Rex wouldn't tell him that Ahsoka lives when he'd ask and Rex could just say that the order 66 suddenly came outta nowhere while she was in the ship with them and then they crashed so what does he think has happened to her and Rex would end this conversation as he would notice how Delta Squad prepares to flank Vader and Rex would tell him that as far as he's concerned, Anakin died and there's nothing more to say. Then with making the walls crumble and shooting at Vader they would distract and trap him for a moment so they can escape and Vader would come out and see them gone and be furious and disappointed at everything. That could be the motivation for him to some time later go to where the ship crashed to see for himself what happened and to maybe find the body of Ahsoka if she died on that ship by the hands of the clones. Then it would also make sense when he saw her lightsaber and returned to his ship as he would've probably thought that because Rex survived, he might've been the one who buried the clones and possibly buried Ahsoka too and left her lightsaber there the way he put the helmet at the spots where the soldiers were buried.

I hope Rex might realize Vader is a cyborg because he knows how to disable machines by using emp.

But I don't think Vader would support the clone experiments on Tantis or what they are doing to the clones

I would love to see them meet maybe Vader still has a soft spot for Rex. After all he did call his fleet away from Rex planet for no reason other than to help him. Because we all know it wasn’t to show off Fifth Brother

came to the conclusion he wont find out , more like he'll find vague information on vader cause he'll be willing to fight or find the top guy . and he'll either deny it or he'll simply not care for it. as he'd know whoever is behind the mask isn't on their side.

I always views Anakin’s and Rex’s relationship more like a big brother and a little brother. Rex looked up to Anakin and you can tell by him becoming more like him as the series went on. In the end the clones are really just teenage boys, and boys always look up to their older brothers.

"Cameo," huh? The theories go as far as to give Vader the proper screentime in the Grand Finale of _The Bad Batch..._ by having the titular group sacrifice themselves to hold him off.

I doubt this happens because Vader disowned his former identity once he became the a Sith Lord.

If Rex found out Vader is Anakin would HAVE to be after the rebels show. Consider the factors that if Rex would have seen him then it would cause a huge plothole

Doesnt Darth Vader have a grudge against that particular former jedi? something about setting up his former apprentice? I would assume unrelenting rage would blame her for everything that came after, or would he regret not letting her have her way because that would have changed things too... she basically framed ahsoka, he may have a deadly grudge.
