Why not just make a Big 3 Concert (Metallica, Mega Deth, and Anthrax), and respect Slayer's position?

No point, Dave just wants another big pay day, the timing of the last one was just right in 2010, too many have left or died since. Its a shame but that's life, Slayer just isn't Slayer without Jeff anyway, or Dave for that matter, they were too big to lose from that band and think they could carry on like normal without them.
