I took my L1 with Dallin 5 years ago. At the time he was a young kid. It's been awesome seeing him grow and develop into a top games athlete.

Enjoying this Interviews, THX! You asked many of them about L1. Well, can not be more agree with you, that it would be nice, if all games athletes have a L1. But you know better , that they don't Make a lot of money and a Tripp to Semi's and Games cost a lot. Maybe CF HQ can give each Games athlete a L1 Voucher. This will create a lot of great coaches and ambassadors!

Speaking of Olympics, how about Olivia Reeves? Parents were affiliate owners, starting Olympic Lifting to improve at Crossfit, she is now the first USA lifter to be gold medal favorite in 40 years. CF has made a big impact on OLY.
